The U Form Deep Contour Back gives Vendors and Therapists greater flexibility to customize a product that is readily available. High quality material, foam and hardware make it easy to work with and provide a large amount of adjustability.

• The segmented foam structure is available in a number of configurations allowing for the back to be built to meet the client’s unique requirements. Sections can be removed, exchanged with other foam densities or partially modified to accommodate specific positioning needs. The segmented foam structure is formed with an additional .” topper for added comfort and transition between the outer cover and the firmer inner foam segmented level.
• The standard segmented cube structure comes in the following size, 2 x 2 x 2 1/2”. The number of strips will vary depending on the size of the Back Cushion, but the therapist has lots of options to form the structure to the client’s needs while supporting the whole back area.

U FORM™ EXTENSION PINS

Upper body smaller than lower body?

• Stainless steel extension pins allow for a narrower U Form™ back to be placed in a 1” or 2” wider chair frame.
• Standard pins included with the U Form™ back are 1”

EASY PUSH HANDLES    

• Ergonomic push handles allow for more pushing comfort for the attendant or companion of wheelchair users. Handles are height adjustable from 2.5” – 9”, and include a quick release system for easy operation and secure installation on the wheelchair.
• Comfortable foam grips, knurled tubes to minimize rotation and slippage, height adjustable and can be rotated in all directions.
• Quick clamping system for an easy installation and height adjustment, fits 7/8” – 1” tubing, all assembly hardware included

MODESTY PANEL

Provides for coverage of the posterior in situations where the back and seat cushion may not meet. Another benefit is that this product can eliminate or minimize the risk of personal items from falling out the back. The bottom flap is fastened under the seat cushion with Velcro while the top has the ability to Velcro to back cushion or fasten to canes.  Custom sizes are available.

GEL PADDED SLIP OVER BACK REST COVER

The GEL seat back cover is compatible with virtually all makes and styles of wheelchairs. It easily slides over push handles and the back, then secures in place with Velcro. An EASY way to provide additional comfort and pressure relief, as well as padding to the back canes.

STA-RITE™ SWINGAWAY ELBOW STOP

Sta-Rite™ elbow stop with 3”x4”gel pad, swingaway, removable and mounts to 7/8″ or 1” round tube back canes.

• Quadra-pivot™ positioning allows pad position adjustment in 3 planes and 6 directions. Serrated round tube accessory clamps have set screws, the pad will Stay Right where you want it.
• Easy to use swing away hardware makes transfers easy by allowing the arm rest to be easily flipped back.
• Now available with longer stem options to get an even more perfect fit.
