Whether in a wheelchair, shower chair, or on the toilet, no one wants to feel insecure, unstable, or unsafe. On the other hand, being restrained in a way that is not possible to self-release doesn’t feel good either, and can violate restraint rules.

Our new Limit-Less™ line of belts, harnesses and straps with magnetic self-engaging buckles makes it easier for users to self-release thereby staying on the right side of the anti-restraint requirements while providing safety, stability and support.

Pull to release uses a ‘colored Key ring added to the buckle, all the user needs to be able to do to release the belt or harness is to pull ring at around 90º from the body, allowing the buckle to release.

Proximity engagement makes closing the buckle(s) easy, even for those with limited dexterity. Just getting the 2 sides near each other will allow reclosing.

PELVIC BELTS WITH MAGNETIC SELF ENGAGING BUCKLES

The 2 and 4-point belts secure the user into the wheelchair. The belt has a pad on both sides of the buckle for comfort and to help prevent skin damage from friction. The belt is ideal for wheelchair users at risk of falling from the chair
